I’m drawn to lived-in worlds and narrative spaces where what is unsaid is as important as what is spoken. My work is exploratory in process, often beginning with interaction, rhythm and character relationships rather than fixed plot structures.
PROCESS OF WRITING
My process is intuitive and character-led. I often start with dialogue, atmosphere or a situation rather than structure, allowing narrative to emerge through interaction and tension.
I’m particularly interested in how people behave in confined social spaces — how tone, silence and timing shape meaning just as much as words. World-building is an extension of character: environments are built to reflect emotional and relational undercurrents.
Writing for me is both observational and performative — I think in scenes, rhythm and spatial dynamics, often imagining how text lives in performance as much as on the page.
